Aura Cases is a trading name of Simpaira Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Data Controller

Simpaira Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data. If you have questions, contact us at info@simpaira.com.

2. What Data We Collect

Order information: Name, email, shipping address, phone number — collected via Stripe Checkout to fulfil your order.
Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Design prompts: The text you type to generate your case design. We do not store these after your session ends.
Usage data: Basic analytics (pages visited, device type) collected by Vercel Analytics. No personal identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Data

To manufacture and ship your custom phone case (via our print-on-demand fulfilment partner).
To send order confirmation and shipping/tracking emails.
After your case has shipped, to ask once (plus one reminder) whether you'd like to review it.
If you sign up for emails (on the website or after ordering), to send new designs and offers. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all marketing and review emails straight away.
To process refunds or handle support requests.
To improve our website and services.

4. Third Parties

We share your data only with:

Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS compliant).
Print-on-demand partner — order fulfilment and shipping (EU-based).
Google Customer Reviews — after you order, a Google pop-up may ask whether you'd like to rate your experience. To do this we pass your order number, email, delivery country and estimated delivery date to that pop-up; Google only uses them to send you a short survey after delivery if you agree, under Google's own privacy policy.
Resend — sends our emails (order updates, review requests, and emails you signed up for), and tells us whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked.
fal.ai — AI image generation. Receives your design prompt and any photo you upload to transform; no name, email or address.

We do not sell your data to any third party.

5. Data Retention

Order data is retained for 6 years to comply with UK tax and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, email info@simpaira.com.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for the website to function (e.g., Stripe checkout session). When you make a design with our AI studio, we also set a cookie holding a random ID, so we can apply fair-use limits to the studio; it isn't linked to your name or used for advertising. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Designs you create in our studio, and designs you heart, are saved in your own browser's storage on your device so you can come back to them. They are not sent to us unless you order. You can delete them on the My designs page, or by clearing your browser's data for this site.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
